All Time Favorites Inc. - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all services, websites, and applications operated by All Time Favorites Inc. ("ATF," "we," "us," "our"), including but not limited to Creative Podcast Solutions, Easy Business Communications, MyInbox123, MySaferBrowsing, EFPN, SpecialMomentsInTime, Karaoke and DJ Software, and our web hosting services. Individual apps may publish additional privacy notices that supplement this policy for app-specific practices.

Your use of any ATF service is subject to our Terms of Use, which incorporate this Privacy Policy by reference. Any terms we use here without defining them have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

If you have questions, contact us at privacy@alltimefavorites.com.

The Short Version

  • We collect what you give us, plus what's needed to run the service. We don't collect more than that.
  • We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your data to train AI models.
  • You can delete your account at any time. You can request a copy of your data.
  • We follow US and Canadian privacy law. Our services are only available in the United States and Canada.
  • You must be 18 or older to use any ATF service.

Read the full policy below for the details that the lawyers want.

When ATF Is a Data Controller vs. a Data Processor

This Privacy Policy describes how ATF handles your information when we act as a data controller - meaning when we process your information for our own purposes (delivering services to you, billing, fraud prevention, AI-assisted features, and the other purposes listed below).

When ATF processes data on behalf of an account holder, ATF acts as a data processor and the account holder's own practices govern that data. Examples:

  • Processing emails received by a MyInbox123 user (the sender's data is the user's data, not ATF's)
  • Processing podcast caller data on behalf of a Creative Podcast Solutions show owner
  • Processing vendor leads collected on behalf of an alltimefavorites.com advertiser
  • Processing browsing activity on behalf of a MySaferBrowsing caregiver

See the relevant app's terms for processor-role details. Third-party communicators (people who call or email ATF users without an ATF account) are addressed in Section 7A.

Account holders who use ATF services to process data about third parties are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing that processing - including obtaining required consents and providing required notices. ATF's processor role does not create a joint controller relationship, and ATF bears no liability for an account holder's failure to comply with applicable law in connection with their use of ATF services.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to anyone who visits our websites, creates an account, or uses any ATF service. By using any ATF service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

ATF's services are available only to users located in the United States and Canada. We do not intentionally serve users outside these countries. All data is processed and stored in the United States.

3. What We Collect

The categories below describe the kinds of information we collect. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive - we may collect other information you provide in the course of using our services. We collect only what we need to deliver the service.

Information you provide:

  • Name, email address, phone number (a phone number may be used for SMS verification, account security, or to use a calling/messaging feature)
  • Billing address and payment details (processed by our payment processor - we do not store full card numbers)
  • Account credentials (username/password)
  • Profile information and preferences
  • Communications content you submit - including voice messages, voicemails, emails, text messages, prayers, stories, support tickets, and any other content you send through our services
  • Any other information you provide when contacting us

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers
  • Pages visited, features used, time and date of activity
  • Cookie and session data (see Section 9)

Information from third parties:

  • If you connect a third-party account (e.g. YouTube for karaoke video links), we receive identifiers and status information from that integration
  • If a caregiver or authorized third party manages your account, their access activity is logged (see Section 7)
  • Publicly available information - For users and vendors subject to our Code of Conduct, we may review publicly available social media posts, reviews, or other public communications to assess compliance with our terms

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide and operate our services - account management, authentication, service delivery, payment processing
  • Communicate with you - service notifications, support responses, product updates. If you provide a phone number, we may send SMS verification messages and account security alerts; standard carrier rates may apply. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. Reply STOP to opt out of any SMS message type, or HELP for assistance.
  • Improve our services - usage analysis, troubleshooting, feature development
  • Safety and security - fraud detection, scam prevention, abuse prevention, account security
  • AI-assisted features - voicemail transcription, summarization of communications, content filtering, scam detection, and analysis to assist you (see Section 5)
  • Legal compliance - responding to lawful requests, enforcing our terms, protecting our rights
  • Caregiver features - where you have explicitly authorized a caregiver or third party to access your account, enabling that access (see Section 7)

5. How We Use Artificial Intelligence

Several ATF services use AI to assist you - including voicemail transcription, email filtering, scam detection, call analysis, and content summarization. ATF does not use AI to make final decisions about your account without human review and approval.

What we do:

  • AI processes your content to generate outputs for you (transcriptions, summaries, flags, filters)
  • AI results are tied to your account and used to deliver the service to you

What we do not do:

  • We do not use your personal data, communications, or content to train AI models
  • "Training" means feeding your data into an AI system to alter that system's future behavior for other users - we do not do this
  • We select AI service providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) whose current API terms prohibit using customer-submitted data for model training. We review our vendor agreements at least annually to verify this commitment remains in effect. If a vendor's terms change in a way that would permit training on your data, we will notify you and update this policy before allowing such use.

You or your authorized caregiver always retain control over actions taken on your account.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers - payment processors (Stripe), AI vendors, hosting infrastructure, email delivery services. These vendors process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
  • Event request lead matching - when you submit an event request on alltimefavorites.com, you authorize ATF to share your name, phone number, email address, event type, venue location, guest count, and any other details you provide with matched local vendors in our paid referral network. You may close a request by category or in full at any time through the link in your confirmation email.
  • Caregiver or authorized third parties - only if you have explicitly granted access (see Section 7)
  • Other users - content you choose to make public (e.g. a public prayer, a published podcast show description) may be visible to others
  • Legal requirements - if required by valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law; or to protect the safety of our users or the public
  • Business transfers - if ATF is acquired, merged, or sells assets, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity under the same privacy protections
  • With your consent - for any other purpose with your explicit permission

7. Caregiver and Third-Party Account Access

Some ATF services (Easy Business Communications, MySaferBrowsing) allow a user to grant a caregiver, family member, or authorized representative access to their account.

  • Access is always user-initiated. You must explicitly grant access - it is never assumed or assigned by ATF.
  • ATF is a platform, not a care provider. We are not responsible for how an authorized caregiver uses access you have granted them. Misuse of access granted by you is between you and the caregiver.
  • Scope of access is defined by the features of each app - see that app's additional privacy notice for details.
  • Whether a caregiver holds legal Power of Attorney (POA) or acts on your verbal consent does not change ATF's role - ATF relies on the access grant you provide within the platform.

7A. Third-Party Communications

Some ATF services process communications - calls, voicemails, emails - from people who are not ATF account holders. Those individuals have not agreed to ATF's Terms or Privacy Policy and may be anywhere in the world.

When this happens, ATF acts as a service provider for the account holder, not as an independent decision-maker about that data. We process third-party communication data only to deliver the service and never for our own marketing, profiling, or AI training.

The account holder is responsible for complying with all laws governing their communications with third parties - including any notice or consent requirements for recording, filtering, or processing. ATF is not liable for an account holder's failure to meet those obligations.

By activating any calling, recording, or communication feature, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all legally required consents from any third party whose communications you process through ATF services. ATF has no obligation to monitor your compliance and bears no liability for your failure to comply.

If you are a third party with a privacy concern about communications processed through ATF, contact privacy@alltimefavorites.com. ATF will acknowledge privacy inquiries from third parties within a reasonable time but is not obligated to disclose information about account holders except as required by applicable law.

8. Communication Recording

Some ATF services allow call recording, voicemail recording, or session recording as optional features.

  • Recording is opt-in and controlled by the account holder for each service.
  • When recording is enabled, the account holder is solely responsible for notifying all parties on the communication that recording is occurring, in compliance with applicable federal and state laws (including two-party consent states).
  • ATF provides the recording tool. ATF bears no liability for an account holder's failure to provide legally required notice to any party being recorded.

Communications through ATF services are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). However, ATF's systems process communication content in decrypted form to deliver AI-assisted features such as transcription, scam detection, filtering, and summarization. By enabling these features, you acknowledge that ATF has access to communication content for service delivery purposes. ATF services are not a substitute for end-to-end encrypted communications (such as Signal or iMessage). Do not transmit highly sensitive information - including financial account numbers, medical records, Social Security numbers, or privileged legal communications - through ATF platform features unless that specific feature is designed and documented for secure handling of that data type.

9. Cookies, Tracking, and Your Consent

How it works in plain English: When you visit our sites, nothing tracks you until you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you don't accept, only the cookies needed to log you in and remember your choice run. You can change your mind anytime using the "Manage Cookie Settings" link in our footer.

Two categories of cookies:

| Category | When it runs | What it does |

|---|---|---|

| Strictly necessary (always on) | Always | Logs you in, keeps your session secure, remembers your cookie choice (`ATF_CONSENT`, valid 12 months) |

| Analytics (opt-in) | Only after you click Accept | Helps us understand how the site is used. May include session recording (Microsoft Clarity). |

| Advertising (opt-in) | Only after you click Accept | Tracks ad campaign performance (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Pixel). |

Consent records. When you make a cookie choice, we record what you chose, the date and time, and the version of the banner you saw. We keep this record to prove we honored your choice.

You are never tracked without your active consent. This is our default - no browser signal needed. Our opt-in model means we do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because no optional trackers run regardless of that signal until you actively accept.

10. Data Retention and Security

Retention. We retain your personal information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, financial, or operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 11). Some data may be retained after deletion where required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

Security. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data breach notification. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 30 days of our discovery of the breach, as required by applicable law.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access - request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction - request correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion - request deletion of your account and personal data
  • Portability - request your data in a portable format
  • Opt-out of marketing - unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
  • Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent (e.g. cookies), you may withdraw at any time

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. To request access, correction, portability, or deletion of specific personal data fields (such as a phone number, name, or caller profile entry), submit a request to privacy@alltimefavorites.com. We will respond within 30 days. For complex requests, we may extend this period by an additional 30 days with notice to you.

These rights apply to all ATF users regardless of location. We do not sell your personal information and we do not discriminate against any user for exercising these rights.
