All content on ATF-operated websites and services - including text, graphics, software, logos, and trademarks - is owned by All Time Favorites Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from ATF content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law.

User, Vendor, and Member Content

Users, vendors, and members of ATF services may upload, post, or transmit content ("User Content"). By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

ATF is not responsible for User Content posted by users, vendors, or members. Content found to infringe third-party rights may be removed without notice. If you believe User Content on an ATF service infringes your copyright, submit a notice to our Designated Agent as described below.

DMCA Takedown Notices

ATF complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To submit a copyright infringement notice, provide our Designated Agent with all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it (include URL or specific description)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Incomplete notices will not be processed. We recommend consulting an attorney if you are uncertain whether material on our site infringes your copyright.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to federal court jurisdiction in Minnesota and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

ATF will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. ATF may also limit access to our websites and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
